Christmas and New Year's kiss
This year, I published only thirty-two articles, which is less than half of last year's production. It was a challenging year - the twenty-year loan payment period had begun, I also needed a new car, and the money from one basket had to be transferred to another. Although it was difficult for me, a harsh reality knocked on my door.
On the one hand, I was thrilled this year - I managed to create what I wanted. But because I like to play it safe, my picture, which I had set up on a solid foundation, began to fade. But in addition to the money that disappeared into the sky on one damn day of the month, I was also plagued by a lack of time and will. As a result, there was less room in my head for ideas and research and less urge to search for toys in online stores and later review them. Also, my toy closet has been waiting to be moved for a long time and is cracking under the weight of toys that are sometimes difficult to find in that mess.
Nevertheless, when I made my balance sheet fourteen days before the end of the year, I rated 2025 as good, although it was demanding and full of challenges. Some of them I handled perfectly and as planned, others were pushed to the side. Because I am a stubborn Capricorn, of course, I did not like it. How many plans were cancelled, how many unwritten ideas ran out of time. Since my head was shrinking under the weight of arrangements, I do not have them for 2026 either. All I have left is the desire to give birth to as many of them as possible and to have as many of these and other means as possible to realise them.
As the year comes to an end, I sincerely hope that you have already bought everything necessary or naughty for your loved ones, remembering my advice if you have been buying anything from the "naughty" category. I wish you a peaceful holiday, in the style of TCP (lots of sleep, intoxicating smells from the kitchen and a tiring, but most satisfying time break for yourself). I know it's more complicated than it sounds, especially since Christmas is so family-friendly, but it's all the more important to stay in touch with ourselves. For the New Year, let a real New Year's kiss await you under the mistletoe.
