Three Svakom beads are supposed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and are meant for the lazier women who don't remember doing Kegel exercises every day. Unfortunately, I am one of those women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We all know that Kegel exercises exist and are very simple, but how many of us remember to do them regularly? Squeeze the muscles, let go, squeeze, let go. Maybe we do it twice while watching TV and then forget about it while letting ourselves get caught in the story on the TV screen. And precisely for that reason, they invented Kegel beads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although they have been advertised as erotic toys for some time and the prevailing opinion among women is that you experience orgasms just by wearing them while running or walking, this is not true. The beads indeed help to strengthen the muscles involved in orgasm, so it can be stronger. The erotic shop <a href=\"https:\/\/sveterotike.si\/\">Svet erotike<\/a> was willing to help me, and the beads landed in my bed. I had wanted them for a long time, so I was eager to open the package. Inside there were three beads, or rather, a ball and two sperm, and a storage bag. I watched them with interest, hung them on my fingers, and weighed them. All three are made of body-friendly silicone with a stretchable cord that ends up in a ring, so you can easily pull the product out of your peach after use.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The secret lies inside of each bead. They all contain a weight that sways and hits the wall during use. The lightest is the largest and vice versa; the heaviest is the smallest in size. I know this sounds a little weird. But bigger sizes with lighter weights prevent the bead from slipping out of the peach and making them comfortable to wear.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although it is advised to use each bead for 30 days and 30 minutes a day, I ignored these instructions as usual and carried the first bead, which weighs 49 g, for one week, close to two hours a day. After fifteen minutes, I could forget I had it if I didn't have to fix the cord every half an hour and tuck it behind the edge of my underpants. I did yoga wearing it, cleaned the apartment, cooked, rode a bike.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thosecreamypeaches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_1091-768x1024.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3827\" width=\"426\" height=\"567\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thosecreamypeaches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_1091-768x1024.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.thosecreamypeaches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_1091-225x300.webp 225w, https:\/\/www.thosecreamypeaches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_1091-9x12.webp 9w, https:\/\/www.thosecreamypeaches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_1091-38x50.webp 38w, https:\/\/www.thosecreamypeaches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_1091.webp 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 426px) 100vw, 426px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was slightly different with a medium size (75 g) that was easier to insert but weighed more. I felt it every step of the way. I was instinctively grabbing my peach and checking if they were still inside. I was like those men who are continually scratching their balls. Nevertheless, as usual, I took on my daily routine and tried to move as much as possible. After a while, they became a bit too much for me, so I pulled them out and put them away till the next day. Over time, I got used to them, and I have no longer noticed the metal weights' movement. So I decided to move on to the third, last bead.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was a little scared of the latter one at first. Although it weighs only 95 g, it seemed very heavy to me. Inserting the bead was effortless compared to the first and the second, but a similar scenario took place as with the second bead. The feeling was a bit uncomfortable in the early days of use, and I felt every \"bong\" of metal weights against the bead wall. That is why I only wore it on short walks. I had a feeling it was going to suddenly fall out of the vagina and land on the floor. I just hoped it wouldn't happen in a store full of people. But luckily, this was all in my head. After use, rinse them under hot water and store them. Thanks to their water resistance, they also recommend swimming with them\u2014swimming and not soaking in water. No matter what activity you choose, you urgently need to move, not sit nor lie down. It is enough if you walk. This is the only way to feel the hitting of metal weights, and only then can you help your pelvic floor muscles to get stronger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, I advise you to read the instructions for use carefully. At the moment, I don't notice any difference between orgasms, but I don't even count on it. It will be enough for me if once I say that I don't wet my pants and the use of Svakom beads is the main reason for that.
