The vast majority roll their eyes when reading this and wonder how this is possible. However, even on me, although I slept during the movie, it made some impression. The future has caught up with us. Not with flying cars but with artificial intelligence. Even in sex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">I believe Slavko Grum, a Slovenian playwright, made a revolutionary and probably unconscious prediction of the Future with his play The Event in the City of Goga. He was inspired by life in a mental hospital, and, as a student, I was most attracted to the character of Gapit, a madman who lived with a doll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether we have become crazy or not, you will decide for yourself, but the dolls have definitely been with us for some time. And not only the inflatable one that lies sadly in the corner of the garage at the end of the party, but real robots intended for sexual pleasure. It started with a fantasy implanted in our heads by films or series that many manufacturers of erotic toys say could come true by 2050. This does not mean that we have to wait patiently for their arrival, as there are already excellent examples between us.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, you can buy a sex robot that you can customize with sensors that allow them to respond to your touch, warm skin, and natural hair. Some of them can also talk. This feature is the most important to users, at least so the manufacturers say, not because of sex but because of company and everyday conversation. In some countries, sex robots are already replacing sex workers. Moreover, there are even brothels in which robots will satisfy all your desires without fear of STDs and the headache of the person with whom you would share a bed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sex robots are used by everyone: women, men, and couples. They should be suitable for people who have mental illness or are injured. Nevertheless, people, although in many cases they support AI, fear technology development. This, too, is partly due to films about robots that have taken over the world. Their use in sex is particularly controversial, as they replace, well, human in his intimacy. Many feared that sex robots would further deepen the gap between people and objectify existing relationships. Sex robots do not only establish a physical bond but also deepen the emotional bond due to the ever-increasing technological progress. Today's time, the time of loneliness, is the best for the rise of robots since they offer what you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Artificial intelligence is giving us something that we could only imagine decades ago. In addition to helping and making life easier, robots can be dangerous, but some doubt that the android Galatea will even reach people's ankles. After all, it only brought problems to <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pygmalion_(mythology)\" target=\"_self\">Pygmalion<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some scientists are reassuring that a robot will never replace a human. It will really look the way you want it to look. It could be your neighbor's double or a blonde with big boobies. But there will still be something not quite right with this robot. It's hard to take it to dinner without talking behind your back or gazing strangely at that clumsy creature next to you. It's also hard to put it away, introduce it to friends, or take it to Sunday lunch with your parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sex robots are like a miscarriage. Some see it as a problem, others as a solution. Robots are playing with our fear and excitement at the same time. Psychologists, lawyers, and sociologists hold their heads, criminalists cannot decide, and the industry is happy to look to the Future. The humanoid Galataeans are getting closer to us. They may never be the best partners, but they will be glad to fulfill all our sexual desires and never have a headache.
